The cottage has 1-bedroom plus a sofa bed (lounge) - sleeps 4, plus its own private garden front and rear and parking. The Gite is close to Bressuire / Parthenay and La Foret sur Sevre which has a restaurant, cafe, plus a beautiful Chateau with picnic area on the banks of the moat. Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin or Pescalis ( International Fishing Lakes) all close by. Great for walks, Cycling ora mini-break

Profitez de votre soirée et dormez confortablement. Ce coin, situé dans une dépendance de notre jardin, a été pensé pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Agréable maison de ville avec terrasse proche zoo

The "Lodge" townhouse in Doué la Fontaine, near the Arena Hall and Zoo. This accommodation features one bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and toilet. 1 additional bed (comfortable sofa bed) in the living room, a dining area with all the necessary kitchen equipment, and a washing machine. The accommodation was fully renovated in 2022. A decor inspired by the Doué la Fontaine Zoo A spacious terrace, sheltered from the wind and out of sight, will allow you to spend pleasant moments.

Dépaysement assurée ! Venez poser vos valises dans cette ancienne étable rénovée et classée 3 étoiles aux Meublés de Tourisme. Située dans un village bordant la rivière Le Grand Lay, le Gîte de l'Hau-rizon est l'endroit idéal pour vous reconnecter à la nature. De la terrasse, vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur la vallée tout en écoutant la rivière courir. Plusieurs sentiers de randonnées sont accessibles au départ du gîte. A 5 min en voiture, accès à toutes commodités.

Loft cosy en ville

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).

River View Cottage

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

Maison aux volets bleus

Situé à seulement 15 min du célèbre parc du Puy du Fou et dans une cité de caractère qu'est la ville de pouzauges, ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille ou pour des couples à la recherche de la nature avec toutes les commodités de la ville à proximité ( supermarché piscine pharmacie etc...). Vous jouirez d'un calme paisible et d une maison rénovée sur un ancien corps de ferme à proximité d'une église du XI siècle.

Puy du Fou (45 min), Futuroscope (1 hour) Pescalis (20 min), Marais Poitevin (1 hour) and La Rochelle (1hr30), Parthenay for FLIP festival (20 mins) golfing in nearby Bressuire (15min) along with many other sights within the golden triangle of the region, an ideal base to come and relax after a days adventures.
