Stay of 14 people for a big weekend. We really appreciated Stéphanie's availability and responsiveness so we were able to take possession of the house a little before the scheduled time and it was very appreciable for us who arrived from far away. The accommodation was in line with the photos and description, very clean and functional, very well-equipped for so many people (this is not always the case...) We felt at home! House very well located, ideal for family with children, lots of games and barbecue and green area in the middle of Lyon, I recommend 100%!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

Beautiful pavilion 20 minutes from the Groupama Stadium, ideal for getting to the stadium without hassle. The pavilion is very well arranged and functional for 4 people. We'll definitely come back if needed!

We came as a family for a wedding. Very nice and very well laid out house in a quiet neighborhood with all the local shops a few steps away. A little paradise for children (our little girls of 5 and 3 years old). Finally, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly with special attention to our arrival

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had a lovely stay! The house is very pleasant to stay in, the spaces are large. The garden is well exposed, we enjoy it all day long.

We felt really welcome during our stay. The hosts were incredibly attentive, kind and respectful at all times, which made us feel at home from day one. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool was a real luxury, especially with the heat. The house is surrounded by nature, which offers a great feeling of tranquility and disconnection. In addition, the garden is very well maintained, as is the rest of the property: everything was impeccable. All in all, everything was perfect. You can see the love and dedication with which they care for both the house and their guests. We would definitely repeat without thinking. 100% recommended!

Great host and great place. Olivier is very responsive, with good advice and very pleasant. 10/10 accommodation: Clean, convenient, complete to stay there for a few days. I stayed there for 3 days, as part of the Sirha trade show as a pro stay. Very quiet, clean and good bedding, it feels like home. We had a pleasant stay in peace and quiet. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you very quickly get the feeling of a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness towards us were worth the visit. He even alerted us to having forgotten to close the window of our vehicle in the pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

Great location for getting into central Lyon, 8 minute walk from the station and just a ten minute train to vieux Lyon. The space is great with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful and spacious.
