This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

In three strides you are on the edge of a small private pond. Don't get your fishing rods! At 2 km you can enjoy the Nivernais canal and 10 km from the ponds of Vaux and Baye. And 10 km away you have the city to do the necessary errands for your survival.

The Maison des Belges

This charming, spacious and bright farmhouse is located in the countryside. It consists of equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), shower room and bathroom. The Canal du Nivernais is 800 m from the house, ideal for walking or cycling tours. Bed linen and bath towels are not provided in the rental. These can be provided for an additional charge.
