Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, all comforts, high standing, seafront with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling game. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

68 m2 2 bedroom apartment, 2nd and top floor, very bright. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Secure private parking 50 m away provided during the stay. The decor is neat. Enjoying a nice sea view from the living room window, it is located close to shops, the port and the sea in just 5 minutes on foot. Ideally located even for people without a car: everything can be done on foot. Beaches 10 min walk or 3 min drive. Bus station is 200 m away.
