Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Check-in was a breeze and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and an area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the rating... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put in an ice cream on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more like a mousse. Still, it did its job and I'm sure they'll fix it. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

A nice house that is also for sale. Only 15 minutes by car from Valencia. Pool is illuminated at night, which creates a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

The apartment was great, it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is located near the subway station, so getting to the center is easy. It is very spacious and cozy, we will definitely return!

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

it didn't feel like a vacation apartment, but your own home. In all my years of staying in apartments, I've never seen such a well-equipped place, with everything including cleanliness and basic necessities. Highly recommended.

Overall, it’s a great option for the price. There are a few drawbacks, mainly the limited number of outlets. On the plus side, there’s quite a lot of space—especially compared to other places in this price range. The neighborhood is residential, but you can walk to the center and the park in about 15 minutes.

We loved our stay at this accommodation near Albufera. The area is very quiet and beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature. The house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing: full kitchen, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. In addition, Maria was an excellent host, very attentive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Definitely a highly recommended experience. ¡We would come back without thinking!

True gem! We felt right at home. The place is very spacious, central location, very safe walkable neighborhood and Cristina is an amazing host. We wish there were more than five stars to give to her place.

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

A lovely apartment 5* all round. Checkin was easy. It was super clean, and even better than expected from the photos. it was surprisingly quiet for being right on a main bus route. Great places to eat nearby for pizza, pasta and we enjoyed Mercabanyal.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

It was really great stay. I really appreciate host response in every manner. location is very nearby to Bus & Metro stops. Also 5-7 minutes to main center. Valdeolivas allowed for check in earlier and check out later. All in all it was great stay. Greatly recommend it.
