Easy to find space, comfortable and very great price for its distance to la parque carolina. Mateo was very responsive and polite. I will stay here anytime I have to come to quito for work in the future. Also a hot shower with good pressure was a huge plus!

I had an excellent experience at Fernanda's apartment. It's a very cozy, comfortable and well-kept place. The location is ideal: it is close to a shopping center, restaurants and other services, which makes it very convenient to get around without having to go very far. Without a doubt, I recommend it and I would definitely stay again.

Antony takes Airbnb to the next level! I never found myself needing anything in the apartment that wasn’t already there—everything was thoughtfully provided. It’s clear that he puts himself in the guest’s shoes, anticipating every possible need. The location is prestigious, clean, and secure with guards, offering an amazing view. The washing machine comes with soap, the kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, and the bathroom includes shampoo and body wash. The TV even has a Destiny+ subscription, and the cozy balcony is a perfect place to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Antony’s place and will definitely book again next time!

Myri's apartment was perfect for my stay in Quito. Close to local sights and transportation. The building is secure, quiet and has lovely architecture. Myri's dad met me at the property on check in, gave me a tour and made me feel welcome. Myri was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment has a lot of space, a nice, well stocked kitchen, and a great top floor for relaxing and enjoying the view. The area is quiet and the bed I slept on was comfortable. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and a lot of steps to get to the apartment. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. The host is very responsive and caring. The building is great and has everything you need. I recommend staying here.

We worked from home for 2 weeks and the internet worked well. The neighborhood is nice and we walked to get groceries, to the movies, mall, and the park. We used the gym, hot tub, and sauna. It’s a terrific place and I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Quito Getaway! I just spent two nights at this Airbnb in Quito, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I recommend this place. Very clean, very good location, so many cafes/restaurants. I didnt see Svieta but she was always very kind and responsive to my messages. I really appreciate her flexibility regarding the check in en check out. On top of it, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, including basic kitchen things such as oil, coffee, sugar, salt etc. One thing to be mindful of is that you can apparently only use the swimmingpool and sauna in the weekend (i didnt know this so unfortunately i couldnt use the facilities). If i come back to Quito i would stay here again. Enjoy ;)

The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, clean and tidy, although the view is towards the surrounding buildings and it feels cold at night. The building's infrastructure is excellent.
