Exactly the location, everything is very clean and beautiful, and the service 🙌🏼🙌🏼

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

A very good place for events and family gatherings. The host is very attentive, helpful and accommodating, he never said no. The house is large and has a large marquee that you can use for events, it is very beautiful and luxurious, the picnic area is very nice. I will definitely rent again for a future stay.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

from the beginning communication with Jose was quick and cordial, he was very helpful, if we needed anything he would respond asap. plus he has acquaintances that helped move us around in all a great experience

A private haven, this villa is everything you could ask for for a great weekend: private, fully equipped, clean, organized, and just steps away from everything! Ivan and Fremio are excellent; their responsiveness is top-notch; they both understand the concept of excellent customer service. I've stayed at this villa several times, and each time it surpasses the last. Highly recommended!

Fixie Loft is a beautiful and well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being surrounded by the rich history la Zona Colonial. The host was super friendly, quick to respond to any questions or needs, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was a sweet bonus — especially with how hot it was! 100% recommend, and we’re definitely coming back!

Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

I am very happy to have chosen this apartment for my stay in Santo Domingo, it is a very private, safe and comfortable place. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a power plant, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her Airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Everything is good, central, nice and quiet. Something is needed to prevent the bathroom from getting too wet when you shower, but nothing that can't be solved after each bath. I would definitely choose it again,

Beautiful apartment. Gated community with several pools that were cleaned daily. Wonderful restaurants just steps away. Carlos was a great communicator. He helped us navigate a lock out 😆. Doors lock behind you so KEEP the key on you. A perfect property. We will DEFINITELY stay again when we visit our friends in Santo Domingo.
