Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.
