We had a great stay and it was a very ideal and spacious location for us.

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

Exemplary hosts, Many thanks to Flo and Estelle for the clear and precise instructions and their friendly welcome. The apartment is well-equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tourist guide is very helpful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle board, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Very spacious accommodation in a good area of Cannes served by all kinds of services. It is located in a very well-kept, clean and quiet fenced residence where your car is always parked safely under the house. The apartment, located on the fourth floor and served by an elevator, is so spacious that it allows each couple to have their own privacy even with separate bathrooms; the living area is very bright and convivial with a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of any meal. The beds are very comfortable. We found excellent cleanliness in every room. The area is very well served by all types of public transport, and is very close to a lot of famous seaside resorts. Laurent is a special host who is always quick to respond to every request. I've been booking with Airbnb for years but this turned out to be probably the best place I've rented!!!! Definitely a place to recommend and come back to! Thanks Laurent!

Ideal location to recharge your batteries... public beach at the foot of the building but nevertheless very pleasant... everything was perfect. The only problem you might encounter is having to leave... ;) Thank you Carole and thank you Orion for your hospitality and responsiveness... I've been there five times, everything's great. Linda is a lovely woman. She explained everything and explained everything. In the fridge for us there was wine, beer and a few small things for the first few days so we didn't have to go shopping right away. It won't take it for granted Linda's place is highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have an air parking space at home because we were traveling by car. But the enclosed garage has a very narrow space. If you're hesitant about parking, this process may be necessary for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I recommend you to consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It's safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden creates a bit of sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not someone to hang out with, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towel sets were clean. Only a few places were dusted visibly :). For the check-out process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back in the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

A very nice stay in this studio. Friendly welcome with all the recommendations on Cannes (during the Cannes Film Festival), very clean apartment. There is still the noise of the cars on the road but you quickly forget, especially with this incredible view of the sea! Maybe next year if I come back to Cannes...

Small studio, very well located, quiet, with a beautiful unobstructed and wooded view, very close to the Croisette. Pleasant residence. Dominique is a very good host for communication, hospitality and responsiveness.

There is no shortage in the house, he even left me a gift that was very nice.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Lovely host and a lovely apartment! Everything was super clean and Bernard was very helpful. The town is very pretty with a few restaurants and shops close by to the apartment. Definitely worth a stay!
