Le voyage passé chez Zanna était top ! La terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est magnifique et permet de passer de beaux moments !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

This house has spectacular views and was clean and spacious. We had five people fit comfortably. There was a ton of hang out space and a great outside dining area. The host was super helpful and responsive. Don’t let the lack of A/C deter you. This side of the island is quite windy and the host provided fans. It was comfortable. I would definitely go back. If you go, though, you will likely need transportation. The walk to Kastro and its beach are doable if you’re fit, but for elderly or the disabled, it will be tough.

Vaste logement spacieux, clair et très propre. Quartier calme. 10 minutes a pied du centre ville, 5minutes de l'arrêt du bus Ktrl Commerces a 5minutes

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen, 2 hondjes en een baby. Het huis (en tuin en zwembad) is mega goed onderhouden en super schoon. Antonis stuurde van te voren gezellige spraakberichten met duidelijke instructies en zijn moeder ontving ons ruim voor de inchecktijd (dit was geen probleem). Als er iets was konden we het hele verblijf bij ze terecht en we zijn zelfs nog een keer verrast met heerlijke verse broodjes. We zijn 1 dagje naar Athene geweest, wat goed te doen was met een auto. Verder is er (in het laagseizoen) niet heel veel te beleven in de omgeving, maar aangezien het huis zo fijn is hoeft dat ook helemaal niet. Top verblijf!

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

This was my second stay, just as excellent as the first one. The place hasn't changed a bit, still as comfortable, pleasant and serene as I remember. Sandra, Simos and the cats were a joy, can't wait for my next stay.

Für uns ( älteres Ehepaar) war dieses Apartment in allen Punkten ein Glücksfall. Der Raum ist wunderschön, großzügig, toll eingerichtet und - besonders wichtig - ALLES funktioniert!!! Die tolle Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen und Schauen ein und die Bucht mit dem praktischen Privatzugang ist einfach süß und war zu unserer Zeit (1. - 15. Juni) kaum von anderen Menschen besucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können Despina und ihr Apartment zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße und herzlichen Dank, Grete und Reinhard

Perfect place, literally in the beach! Location was amazing, so walkable to restaurants, bars and shops! The flat had everything we needed. Great for family or couples :)

I would consider it a good value. The communication before, during and after, was superb. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to and from port involved a slight uphill/downhill but only for a block or so, easy if you are mobile. I would certainly recommend, particularly if you are in port for a sailing excursion. Overall, a great experience. Eferisto!

Beautiful location and so close to the venue for a wedding we attended. Elizabeth was responsive and accomodating for every request we had. Coming from Australia, we were so lucky to have a beautiful spot close to the beach but with a Greek flare. Would recommend :)

Huset var fantastiskt och hade allt man kan tänka sig. Stor och fräsch pool, oändliga lounge-ytor och vackra platser att äta middagar på. Den stora grillen var också ovärderlig för oss! Huset och området kändes lite off (i alla fall på lågsäsong), så man är tvungen att åka bil för att handla etc. Det var dock inga problem eftersom det var enkelt att få tag på taxi.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr privat gelegen ein weiteres Haus befindet sich darüber im Hang– dieses war aber zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt nicht belegt. Wir sind mit sechs Personen gereist und hatten insgesamt vier Doppelzimmer und drei Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Eines davon liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Raumaufteilung extrem großzügig mit einer sehr gut ausgestattete und funktionalen Küche. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Terrasse, einen wunderbaren Garten und einen herrlichen Swimmingpool. Der war angenehmen frisch, aber nicht zu kalt. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und Blitz sauberen Eindruck. Mit der Vermieterin waren wir im ständigen Kontakt und sie hat immer binnen von Minuten auf jegliche Fragestellung sehr hilfreich reagiert. In der Nähe gibt es herrliche Strände und auf der Insel auch gute Restaurants zu entdecken. Auch hier waren die Tipps wirklich wertvoll. Einen Leihwagen benötigt man idealerweise. Kurzum wirklich top!

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

Great house with plenty of space and many balconies to have a meal or just hang out. Lovely hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is super close to the local beach and not far from a small cafe. The AC was a must in August as it gets quite hot. Everything was great, although the only suggestion we would make is add a second toilet somewhere else than in the single bathroom as it can get ‘logistically’ complicated with large groups. Thanks!

This home is very spacious, had beautiful furnishings, stunning terraces and views! Our hosts were helpful and responsive. This is a pretty remote location and does not have direct access to the sea from the home. There are a few tavernas and sandy beaches close by but a car is required as nothing is within walking distance. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a large gorgeous home and lots of privacy!

Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!
