Nice and updated place to stay. Beautiful view of the city and sea. For access, it is essential to have a car to avoid the difficult staircase with suitcases. Plan to book the car before your stay the city is ideal as a starting point for sightseeing. Maria was easy and responsive to contact

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Ioanna's aparment it's small but really cosy, there is a bedroom and a big bathroom, plus a really nice terrace where you can have breakfast or relaxing with the view of the harbour. Everything was super clean and Ioanna is a perfect host. The location couldn't be better, just in the middle of the little port, but super quiet. Lots of bakeries, supermarkets, tavernas, cafes all around. Really a great place!

Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

We had a very good time at Stamatis' house. Everything worked wonderfully from the start. Stamatis immediately took care of every request and every concern of ours. The house itself was beautifully decorated and above all we liked the location very much. We felt at home and enjoyed every minute. The island of Kythnos also impressed us very much and if we come back, then only to Stamatis.

This is an absolute diamond! We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful village, with stunning beaches and hiking trails really close by. The apartment has so much soul! it is newly renovated and stylishly decorated with a lot of love. The host has been extremely helpful and welcoming. Aggeliki, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, and immaculately maintained place to stay in Kythnos, with a host who truly cares about your comfort, I highly recommend Aggeliki's place. The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It has everything you need and still feels spacious. we have enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for our meals, the street below has some activity but is generally quiet. Excellent air conditioning and all other electrics were of excellent quality and plenty of supplies was provided by the host. The apartment has a peaceful and modern feel and we didn't want to leave!

We did not want to leave. It was just magical. The ocean sounds, smell, fresh breeze, sunlight all made it feel so perfect. Didn’t even mind sharing the water access with other flats nearby. Ciel on the water was only really loud one night but they cut off at 10pm so that wasn’t even an issue. There are steps… thankfully there are some flat areas to rest in between flights. It was up a half flight, down 4-5 depending on how you count flights…. Definitely don’t bring big heavy luggage. Backpack if you can. The island is very casual so light packing is easy! Thankfully we heeded previous advice and did just that and it was manageable. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Loved this place the hosts were absolutely amazing. The room is lovely spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. It is on the 3rd floor and is a walk up so it would not suit someone with mobility issues but it was perfect for me. What really made it were the hosts who were just beautiful people. Xxxxx

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!

We truly loved our stay at Nikos’ lovely place! Situated right by the port, in the heart of it all—with cafés, shops, and great food just a stroll away. Nikos was a great host: quick to reply and friendly. The home had everything we needed for an easy island escape—air condition for the breezy April nights, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable mattress, and a big table. The calm décor and the airy living room made us feel right at home. If only we could’ve stayed longer!
