Kyoto Seifuan is a 4-minute walk from Higashiyama Station on the Tozai Line, with good transportation and shopping, and you can also walk to nearby temples, Heian Jingu, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Gion. It is a private space that is rented out as a whole, but in case of emergency, you can contact the staff 24 hours a day by mobile phone and email, so you can rest assured. We will accommodate your request before your stay, check-in, and luggage storage after check-out as much as possible.

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. The name Shinsen comes from one of the oldest famous courtyard in Kyoto during Heian Period, "Shinsenen", which is located near our house.
