Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. I had a great time in Batumi, thanks to Madona. She’s incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spotless and fully equipped, more than you could ask for. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to Europe Square. Check-in and check-out are effortless, she is always there to help!

The apartment was simply great – beautifully decorated, cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee – a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Awesome location for a family trip, close to most attractions and 15 minutes from the sea.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

Stayed for a few days on holiday with mother. We had a fantastic time and felt like at home. The apartment is quiet, safe, spacious, well equipped. The bed is very comfortable too - not firm at all. The balcony is also a great bonus. The area around is busy but not noisy. Lots of restaurants and small businesses. Linda was very helpful and responsive. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. Cozy, convenient and well-equipped apartment. Ia was very nice and attentive, gave all needed instructions and recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, taking a bath and having fun — Netflix, YouTube, board games and even a record player! Location is pretty good, easy to get to the sea, park, and old town, also in this area there are many good cafes. Recommend!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

Gita and her colleagues extremely responsive. Helped us with any issues we had. The hob did not work, so handyman came straight away and sorted everything. Place is a dream stay, my gf loved it so much;) balcony is good for small sunny breakfast. Also, they are very attentive and give extra for the money, which is always appreciated.
