Parking in the courtyard (in the ground, up in the yard, not in front of the garage). Suitable for quiet couple, small family with children. Housemen desirable. 15-20 minute walk to bus at UIA. Close to bathing area and playground.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms. Travel crib for smaller children is available on stall. Extra bed in living room if needed. The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

The apartment consists of large bathroom, kitchen and living room in one, bedroom, balcony and loft with sleeping area. The apartment is therefore perfect for a small family. 2 adults and 1 child (who can sleep 2 children in the loft) In addition, the apartment has both a fireplace and heat pump. If you want to enjoy the sun, it is possible on the balcony, where it is sunny from morning to late evening.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.
