The 2nd floor of the 2-storey villa with a view of the Lebiderya sea and the terrace is rented. My house is located under Gerish, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment is a view of the lebiderya sea view that only belongs to you there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the place where our site is located is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Staying at Ali’s place was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The home was absolutely stunning — full of authentic charm and unique character that made it feel both warm and unforgettable. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully curated. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a special energy that you just don’t find everywhere. Ali was an exceptional host — incredibly communicative, kind, and genuinely trustworthy. From the moment I booked, he made everything easy and smooth. I felt completely at ease and truly cared for throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Had a wonderful stay at Cemal's place, he was an amazing and very responsive host. My only qualm is the bed and the pillows, the bed is a bit small and the pillows are flat as can be, aside from that everything you can ask for is in the house with a beautiful view. You will need a car to get around, a taxi will not work.

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. Wonderful host Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)
