Directly across the street is the Kopfklinik. The apartment has an open space concept and high ceilings. You are welcome to use the beautiful inner garden. The city center, Schlossgarten and Burgberg can be reached within minutes by foot. Bus and train station are within walking distance, as well as Kaufland, many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

You will find our apartment at the foot of the Walberla in Franconian Switzerland. We are located in the triangle between Nuremberg, Bamberg and Bayreuth, each about 35 km away. Ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bike tours with direct connection of bike and hiking trails at your doorstep. The train station is 300 meters away (hourly service). An electric charging station is about 200 meters away. Shopping is nearby. Bakery, butcher about 500 m.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. We offer a large, fully furnished, cozy attic apartment. Kirchehrenbach, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, lies at the foot of the Walberlas (a very well-known mountain in Franconia). Ideal for hiking, cycling. Erlangen, Nuremberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth are max. 45 minutes away. The cuisine and beers of the region are legendary. Kirchehrenbach has excellent infrastructure, train connections, grocery store, bakery, doctors, inn, everything there.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kirchehrenbach. The apartment is 38 square meters and is located in the basement of a detached house. It has a separate entrance and outdoor seating. There is space for 2 people. The kitchen-living room is a walk-through room from the bedroom to the bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. A parking space is available in front of the property.

There is also the possibility for climbing, archery, boat tours, motor and gliding.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Our apartment in the attic, on a farm, is located at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland between Forchheim, Erlangen and Bayreuth. The apartment has a lot of comfort. Big garden with playground to relax and barbecue. Perfect for relaxing, hiking and various recreational opportunities. Maximum occupancy 6 persons (+ 1 travel cot).
