The house is overlooking the idyllic Reither Lake in a colorful garden with many herbs and flowers. If you want to take a walk or hike, you can leave your car (own parking space) behind. The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021. When designing the house, and in particular, the sustainability and the love for the detial were particularly important.
