I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

Great place! Spacious rooms with amenities. Fully Air conditioned with smart TVs in both rooms. Amazing location as well. Lots of good restaurants nearby. And Zomato & Swiggy are able to deliver easily. Cleaning service is also available, if requested. Felt right at home here! :) Thanks to Shubh and Karunesh for being so responsive. We had a lovely time at Jai's place. The place was spick and span. The view from the property was wonderful. Rawal Sahab, our caretaker was the added bonus we received along with the stay. He was always at our service. We came with high expectations and left with immense satisfaction.

Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

The room itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the most convenient aspects of this stay was the on-site restaurant and snack shop, which made it easy to grab a quick bite without needing to venture far. Anshul Ji was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He even arranged transportation to and from the location, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. His hospitality truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful location. Complete privacy was a big plus, and we found a serene meditation area that added to the tranquility of the place. One unique aspect of this stay was the opportunity for clay making activities, which added an artistic and enjoyable touch to our visit. Manish's mother continued to be extremely helpful and homely, making our stay even more special. Bhandari ji, the caretaker, was exceptionally friendly and lively, always ready to assist with a smile. We couldn't have asked for a better host and caretaker. Highly recommended for those seeking a close-to-nature retreat with a wide range of activities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."

Peaceful and beautiful place

Felt like a Nainitalwal staying with Prashant. His home is a proper local Nainital house. The stay has been the biggest factor for me to absorb the local culture. Prashant clearly understands between a tourist and a traveller. His offbeat recommendations are really good. A traveller will surely feel like he has got to the Right Airbnb and met the Right host. This is all what an explorer, a traveller needs. This all is a rarity!

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

Himanshu is a compassionate host. He has taken all the care to make our stay comfortable right from checkin to checkout. He is easily approachable and prompt. Rooms have soul soothing best lake view and easily approachable by car. It is situated near to. KMVN Tourist Rest House. Market is approx 2 km. Himanshu's Airbnb stay has fully equipped and functional kitchen. One can bring the stuff and cook there. It is one of best location away from hustle and bustle of market and to enjoy the nature. We would definitely love to stay with him during our next visit to Bhimtal.
