Newly renovated and renovated 2 room basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

On request, we offer activities on our farm and in our adventure barn: pony rides, donkey & alpaca walks, cuddling with rabbits, and visits to our free-range pigs, goats, and sheep. Our sauna can also be rented upon request.

Within walking distance you can reach the beautiful old town with its numerous restaurants, bars and sights.
