First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Vacation in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

The accommodation is oriented to the garden. A large terrace and garden can be used by guests. Access to the apartment is through the garden. In close proximity there is a supermarket, with butcher and bakery, a cafe, another bakery and a pharmacy. Breitenworbis is on the A 38 with a direct exit. Visit the beautiful half-timbered town of Wanfried in North Hesse. Wanfried is in the Werra-Meissner-Kreis and borders Thuringia. Here you can hike, walk, bike, swim, go canoeing on the Werra, among other things, sit comfortably in a nearby beer garden. Cozy and centrally located apartment

Bright, friendly attic apartment. There is one double bed and one travel cot for infants in the bedroom and one couch in the living room. In the spacious kitchen you can eat in a cozy round. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition. The apartment is in my mom's house She handles the handover of keys and shows you where everything is located. When booking with a dog, an additional €5 per animal per night applies.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
