Vacation rentals with a patio in Kuljače

Öncelikle Kotor mükemmel bir yerdi. Tekrar gitmek için planlar yapmaya başladık bile. Dragan harika bir ev sahibiydi. Bize tertemiz bir ev ve tüm imkanları sunmuştu. Üstelik son akşam yemeğinde bize sürpriz yaptılar harika bir akşam yemeği ikram ettiler çok mutlu olduk. Her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar geleceğiz 🌸❤️

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Slobodan çok değerli ve nazik bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Karadağ ile ilgili internette olmayan yönergeler verdi. Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzeldi. Bir daha gitsek gönül rahatlığıyla hiç düşünmeden tekrar orada kalırız. Eğer Karadağ fikriniz varsa hiç çekinmeden burada kalıp seyahatinizin keyfini çıkartabilirsiniz.

Megs and Milos’ place was a true home away from home. Megs was wonderfully communicative from well before our trip, which was very helpful and put our minds at ease. She provided answers to any questions we had and was a wealth of information with suggestions regarding what to do, where to go and good eateries, links included. Milos met us at the parking lot upon our arrival and even helped carry some of our belongings to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly well appointed (even books and games for our child). It had everything we wanted and needed. We were very comfortable in the space and our 2 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

What can I say, this place is just stunning! Beautiful little slice of heaven right on the water. Great to have our own private patio as well as the gorgeous shared pool and roof terrace which was all kept so clean and tidy. The location was ideal for us as we hired a car, but such a lovely walk along the path right into Kotor town. Delicious local restaurants a short walk away and a handy shop next door. We organised a boat tour through the company too and it was fantastic. One to do for sure. All in all an incredible stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful, peaceful well-presented accomodation on the top floor. Private balcony with view and very accommodating host who kindly arranged an early check in.

Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Igor et sa famille nous ont merveilleusement bien accueillis au lac de Skadar, avec une bel apéro ! Ils sont très réactifs et savent conseiller les bonnes adresses. La maison, isolée, est particulièrement calme (hormis les grenouilles !) et la vue exceptionnelle, d'autant plus qu'une longue vue et des jumelles sont à disposition. La terrasse est également aménagée (transats et balançoire). On se sent chez soi. La maison comporte des belles poutres en bois, un salon, un espace cuisine équipé et une grande table. La chambre est confortable et bénéficie d'une vue sur le jardin également bien aménagé avec une tonnelle en vignes en cours ! Nous avons très apprécié le canöe 2 places pour parcourir les environs, il est à disposition des invités, à 2 pas de la maison. La route d'accès est bien indiquée, mais il faut descendre doucement, préférez un véhicule plutôt haut et pas trop encombrant (route étroite). Nous avons passé un séjour magique ! C'est un réel coup de coeur !

This place is just amazing, the house is packed with all sorts of things you would need to feel just at home. I chose it because it was close to the airport but I didn't expect to receive such hospitality and comfort. The house was extremely clean, the furniture was very plenty and the surrounding garden was beautiful. Ivana and her mother are amazing people, they did everything to make me comfortable and safe, I cannot thank them enough. Ivana's mother prepared some very tasty coffee and treats for me, they are both very genuine and kind hearted people. It was a very pleasant experience staying there and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel at home.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. The house was beautiful and we loved chilling outside at the pool. Beds were really good and we slept so well. And the views were so gorgeous!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Insgesamt abwechslungreiche, gemütliche und unkomplizierte Gegend zum Urlauben. Radmila ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und gut organisiert. Jederzeit wieder!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
