Large apartment with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 large balconies in the center of Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance from the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. High-speed Wi-Fi. Located on the 1st floor of the 4-story building. 2 bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes, and 1 room has 3 single beds and wardrobes. All grocery stores, a few minutes walk from the market, the apartment has a dishwasher, inverter air conditioning, TV with satellite receiver. I speak English fluently.

Lovely 3-story stone Greek house with garden and magnificent sea views. ground floor kitchen . living gr. toilet middle floor 1 single bed 1 double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet upper floor, terrace seating group with magnificent sea view, 1 double bed and armchair. There is a lemon and olive tree in the garden. Cleaning is very important. You can go with your car in front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.
