Thank you for providing a very sufficient accommodation experience in the interior with a large garden balcony within the texture of the island, right next to the Rahmi Koç museum, within walking distance to everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakovo’s place! The apartment was in a great location and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also super easy to get into the apartment and everything was clean and tidy. Whenever we had questions he was quick to respond. Had a lovely time and would stay again.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Ramazan welcomed us very shortly and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out! The apartment is modern and well equipped, so we could enjoy the week very much. The description of the apartment is very fitting and the location is really great, you can see the beach from the balcony and have restaurants within walking distance anyway. Ramazan was easy to reach with questions and helped us with an issue and was very accommodating. Thank you, we had a nice time!

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Mrs. Saadet helped us whenever we needed help. The location, cleanliness, and comfort of the house were all great. The beach and Migros being right next to it was very useful for us. We can't thank the host enough for this wonderful service.

The host's people are very nice, but the location error between the Google Map address and the location of the homestay is about 100 meters, so it is best to ask the host for a phone number. We asked a local to call his cell phone to contact him and meet him in front of the cafe, because we were looking for the location of the homestay, it took about an hour and a half.And I asked a local uncle to help find it, but the house is very big on the second floor, with pots and pans, the living room is very large with a very comfortable sofa, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the accommodation to the sea, the host's people are very nice, if you have any needs you can go to the third floor to find him, originally stayed for two days and then changed to 3 days, and borrowed a needle and thread from the host, very kind people

Perfect garden , magnificient view , clean and spacious house! Worth staying in this house when you compare with other houses in the island! P.S : In amenities list, baby high chair is listed but ıt was not available.

The house is located very close to Ayvalik macaron neighborhood and many places in the center. 4-5 minutes on foot. In addition, you can reach beaches such as garlic and badavut in 15-20 minutes with your car. In addition to the house meeting our expectations in terms of price/performance, the owner, Mr. Selahattin, was a very caring and very kind host who responded quickly to our questions. It was a choice for us that we had a nice and satisfied holiday in Ayvalik.

Lovely apartment in the city center

The house met our expectations in terms of location and layout. The items and supplies were quite adequate and clean. The host provided us with communication and support with our needs. We had an easy check in to the house.

We spent a cold month of Winter in Panagiouda to volunteer nearby. We were fortunate to stay in this apartment which was really perfect for our needs - a retreat from the daily work that on our return each day, felt like home. So beautiful to walk out of the gate each morning to beautiful and peaceful surroundings where all the neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a great location, local bakeries and traditional supermarkets (called pantopolio) are stocked with all that's required to sustain their customers. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen amply stocked with the listed accessories and essentials, and likewise the bathroom with toiletries and laundry liquid. Anything that cropped up was quickly dealt with by the owner. Thank you Panagioti.

I would like to thank Mr. Seyit Mehmet and Ms. Ayşe for everything. I received a very quick response from the beginning of the reservation. We were very satisfied with the family from the house. It met all our needs. We had a very pleasant time with my daughter and a small breed dog. The house is very nice, within walking distance to the sea, the sea is very nice. There is a very nice neighborhood. There is a bazaar market near the house. During our stay, Ms. Ayşe was in constant contact. We were able to meet immediately when we had a question. We are planning to come back because we are very satisfied. I will recommend it in the vicinity.

The space is as shown in the photos and very clean entering smelled clean! Fully equipped to the last gadget. With beautiful aesthetics and thought out lighting. Everything just as it is in the description. It is a 5 minute walk to the city center and 15 to 20 from the port in a quiet neighborhood that has everything you need(mini market,bakery, pharmacy). Finally, the Wisdom is a great host with immediate response and clear instructions to what I asked her. It also provided me with flexible check-in and checkout times, which made my schedule easier. When I come back I won't look for anything else.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Erifili was very sweet and welcoming. The flat is nice, cozy, and clean. We loved that there was a terrace as well. Even though it was cold outside, the room temperature was warm. The location is very central and close to the road, but we didn’t hear any noise. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was such a nice stay, when we arrived theo picked us some figs and showed us around in his Olive Garden, he was so so nice and really tried to make it a perfect stay for us. Everything is really clean, the beds are nice and you are in just 5minutes at the beach! Highly highly recommend!

The place was very nice. A little hard to park a car, but very close to the centre and shops. Walking was easy.

Ari's place matched the description and expectations. We stayed there for a night with our two kids, and everything went smoothly. The place is simple with everything we need. It is located close to a beach with restaurants, beach bars etc. The veranda was really great overlooking at the moon rise while the kids were sleeping. Our stay at the house was so good! It was clean and spacious with all the facilities! I recommend it and would prefer it again in the next visit to the island! We were happy!

amazing location, very close to the center,restaurants, bars, harbour but also very quiet. it is a small room with beds, like in the pictures. ac was working well, toilet was clean. our ferry was late and host waited us for half an hour for checkin. I suggest to stay here if you want a simple place with good location.
