The house is not new or remodeled but in original 1950 decor in the kitchen with hardwood floors, a fireplace and washer/dryer. The bathroom has been updated. There is a fire station across the street so it can get noisy. There is no dishwasher in the unit Located by a wooded area so there are bugs and insects inside/outside.
