We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Robert's communication before arrival was quick and he was there to show us around the apartment at check-in. The apartment itself was neat and very clean. My kids enjoyed the fact that the whole family could sleep together in one room. I enjoyed the fact that even though this is a smaller sized apartment, everyone had an actual bed! Robert was very kind and gave helpful tips. He even called a friend in the know when we asked about the closure over the mountain pass to give us the most accurate information. Great two night stay for our family here. Thanks, Robert!

We were 5 friends staying at Srecko’s place and we had a lovely time! He greeted us upon arrival, told us about the area, and made sure we were settled in. He answered all of our questions and was super accommodating and helpful. The home itself was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well furnished. We had absolutely everything we needed: from tea to shower products to cooking oil. It felt like a little home away from home and if we ever come back to Bled, I’m sure we’d stay here again!

It’s a magical place and we felt right at home. Sven was there to receive us and showed us around the property. The view is amazing and peaceful. Couldn’t find a better place to relax and enjoy the nature at its finest. We were even allowed to have the fresh strawberries and the herbs directly from the garden. What a privilege to be able to experience such a comfortable stay. All in all a great gateway experience. Five days were too less to spend in such an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. We would definitely be going there again 😃

Nina und Micha sind die nettesten Hosts, die ich je bei airbnb hatte. Dank ihrer Herzlichkeit haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, Nina hatte tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und sogar Spielzeug für unsere Tochter runtergebracht, weil es so sehr geregnet hat an einem Tag. Wir haben uns vollkommen wohl gefühlt. Dazu sind Nina und Micha wirklich super nette, tolle Menschen, mit denen man sehr gern Zeit verbringt. Wir vermissen die Zeit in Mojstrana. Vielen Dank für alles! ❤️❤️❤️

Pretty Jolie was the perfect getaway! The apartment was beautiful and cozy- I especially loved the activities room which had a guest book for us to write notes in addition to games and books. The location of the apartment was very convenient as it was a less than ten minute walk from the supermarket and three minute walk to the lake- I would definitely stay recommend this listing. As a plus point- the kitchen had spices and oil which made cooking significantly easier!

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek. We vonden het jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven. Prachtige uitzichten en heerlijke wandelingen. Leuk dat je ook gewoon kunt wandelen naar het dorp, supermarkt, taartje kunt eten of kunt eten bij het hotel ertegenover. Had er zelf ook een massage geboekt en dat was heerlijk. We komen zeker terug om deze interessante regio verder te ontdekken.

Wir haben zu zweit und mit einem Hund 2 Wochen in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht und sind super zufrieden. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gab genügend Stauraum für unser Gepäck, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bad geräumig und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns gern bei Fragen zur Umgebung weitergeholfen und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Auch das Handbuch mit umfangreichen Informationen zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung war sehr hilfreich und hat schöne Anregungen für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir vermissen jetzt schon den wunderschönen Blick auf den See, den wir beim Essen auf dem Balkon genießen durften. Wenn es uns mal wieder ins schöne Kärnten zieht, würden wir diese Wohnung gern noch einmal buchen.

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

Een plek afgelegen hoog in de bergen met fantastisch uitzicht. De koeien zijn gezellig aanwezig, onze hond had alle vrijheid. Het is vakantie off the grid, koken op een houtvuur in de stoof en het stromende water komt vanuit de berg. Verwacht op de hottub na geen luxe maar wel rust, natuur een prima bed, eventueel buiten slapen en enige zelfredzaamheid. Voor ons gezin een fijne plek om even uit het drukke dagelijkse leven te zijn. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt en lekker gegeten.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und waren alle total begeistert von der Unterkunft. Wir haben noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Airbnb erlebt. Es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-In hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect way to say goodbye to Slovenia. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, and the outdoor space is truly amazing. We had a lovely late afternoon by the pool, playing ball with our son, such a special moment. The house stayed pleasantly cool, which was perfect for the hot day we had. We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die großen Fenster machen den Aufenthalt so besonders – sei es beim Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne oder abends gemütlich auf der Couch vor dem Kamin. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – nicht nur mit allen Küchenutensilien und Maschinen, die man braucht, sondern auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen wie Salz, Öl, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver und vieles mehr. Das macht den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Jaap war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen – danke dafür. Ein besonderes Extra: Der Pool wird aktuell komplett neu gemacht. Wer im Sommer anreist, darf sich also auf einen ganz neuen, wunderschönen Pool freuen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Tage bei Josefine haben uns Erholung in ruhiger Natur beschert. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche, die alles Notwendige enthält, einem Schlafzimmer, mit großem, bequemen Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer. Alles ist in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Unser großer Greyhound wollte morgens gleich in den kleinen, umzäunten Garten, von dem aus mitunter ein Rudel Damwild zu sehen ist. Dieses Appartement war für uns ideal. Viele Stunden hindurch konnten wir hier ungestört lesend unter dem Sonnenschirm auf den Liegen verbringen. Wenn wir zu Mittag Lust hatten, fuhren wir ein paar Kilometer weiter in ein Restaurant nach St. Paul zum Essen, sonst kochten wir etwas Schnelles in der Küche. Unbedingt erwähnen möchte ich auch noch den traumhaft schönen Wald, in dem wir lange Spaziergänge machten. Josefine und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hundelieb, also - wir kommen bestimmt bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Insbesondere genossen wir den Ausblick vom Balkon mit Westseite. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

In ruhiger EFH-Siedlung von Viktring gelegene Fewo. Sie liegt im Parterre mit zugehörigem umzäunten Garten mit Terrasse, Tisch und Hollywood-Schaukel. Alle notwendigen Einkäufe sind fussläufig erreichbar. Mit dem PKW ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Klagenfurt. Die Fewo ist in jeder Hinsicht top ausgestattet (Küche mit allen Utensilien, Gewürze, sep. Klo, alle Reinigungsmittel und Duschgels vorhanden, Betten fest, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, TV mit vielen Programmen, stabiles Internet. Für 2 Personen (mit Hund) geht es kaum besser. Lisa war immer gut erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit.

Es ist eine Kellerwohnung, daher wenig Tageslicht und ein kühler Fußboden. Es lässt sich aber gut heizen, es gibt einen Holzofen und eine Infrarotkabine und Küche und Bad haben alles war man braucht.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Luca. Die Hütte ist sehr ruhig mitten im Wald gelegen und es war sehr entspannend dort. Die Kommunikation mit Luca war auch sehr einfach. Nur etwas gestört hat uns, dass teilweise sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche waren, nur wenig Sonnenlicht in die Hütte kommt und man den Kanal vor allem auf der Toilette gerochen hat. Preis/Leistung würde ich eine 4/5 geben, trotzdem 5 Sterne weil alles drumherum auch super war und wir auf jeden Fall eine schöne Zeit hatten :) Danke Luca!!

Vredno vsakega centa, predvsem zaradi lokacije. Mirna, tiha, sproščujoča lokacija z naravo, visoko nad mestom, kjer ni nobenega hrupa. Notranjost hiše je zelo lepa, urejena, moderna, obogatena z vsem kar človek potrebuje, da se sprosti ob napornem dnevu. Pohvalno gostitelju.

Orsi was a fantastic host; really responsive and flexible as well as helpful. She was understanding, a local tour guide, and gave great recommendations. The flat itself was fantastic, there was a new bathroom fitted which was lovely, and the photos don't do the living space justice. It's bigger than it appeared on the photos and is very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
