We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Robert's communication before arrival was quick and he was there to show us around the apartment at check-in. The apartment itself was neat and very clean. My kids enjoyed the fact that the whole family could sleep together in one room. I enjoyed the fact that even though this is a smaller sized apartment, everyone had an actual bed! Robert was very kind and gave helpful tips. He even called a friend in the know when we asked about the closure over the mountain pass to give us the most accurate information. Great two night stay for our family here. Thanks, Robert!

It’s a magical place and we felt right at home. Sven was there to receive us and showed us around the property. The view is amazing and peaceful. Couldn’t find a better place to relax and enjoy the nature at its finest. We were even allowed to have the fresh strawberries and the herbs directly from the garden. What a privilege to be able to experience such a comfortable stay. All in all a great gateway experience. Five days were too less to spend in such an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. We would definitely be going there again 😃

Pretty Jolie was the perfect getaway! The apartment was beautiful and cozy- I especially loved the activities room which had a guest book for us to write notes in addition to games and books. The location of the apartment was very convenient as it was a less than ten minute walk from the supermarket and three minute walk to the lake- I would definitely stay recommend this listing. As a plus point- the kitchen had spices and oil which made cooking significantly easier!

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. Had booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely be back to further explore this interesting region.

Brilliant Airbnb long-stay experience. We stayed for 3 weeks in this stunning spacious and private self-contained apartment and the place is a perfect combination of feeling hidden away and isolated in the wilderness while everything including supermarkets, shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes drive away. The bath is huge and with a skylight allowing you to enjoy a bubble bath while looking at the sky. High speed reliable internet allowed effortless remote work including videos calls and streaming. A huge range of sushi is available daily at the SPAR just down the road.The hosts who were present on the premises in the lower floor of the house during the duration of our stay were very discrete and privacy-respecting . Definitely booking again.

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

We were a group of 9 people and were all totally thrilled with the place. We've never experienced such a well-equipped Airbnb. We actually lacked nothing. Check in also worked smoothly The place is highly recommended! :-)

We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect way to say goodbye to Slovenia. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, and the outdoor space is truly amazing. We had a lovely late afternoon by the pool, playing ball with our son, such a special moment. The house stayed pleasantly cool, which was perfect for the hot day we had. We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

The days with Josefine gave us relaxation in quiet nature. The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room that contains everything necessary, a bedroom, with large, comfortable double bed and a bathroom. Everything is fine and very clean. Our big Greyhound wanted to go into the small, fenced garden in the morning, from which sometimes a pack of fallow deer can be seen. This apartment was ideal for us. For many hours, we were able to spend reading undisturbed under the umbrella on the sun loungers. If we were in the mood for lunch, we drove a few kilometers further to a restaurant in St. Paul for dinner, otherwise we cooked something fast in the kitchen. I would also like to mention the fantastically beautiful forest in which we took long walks. Josefine and her husband are very friendly and dog-loving, so - we will definitely be back at the next opportunity!

The apartment was very nice, well furnished and very clean. In particular, we enjoyed the view from the balcony with west side. The hostess was very friendly and always easily available. We had a great time and can fully recommend the apartment.

Apartment located in a quiet single-family home settlement of Viktring. It is located on the first floor with an associated fenced garden with terrace, table and Hollywood swing. All necessary shopping is within walking distance. By car, you are in the center of Klagenfurt in 15 minutes. The apartment is excellently equipped in every respect (kitchen with all utensils, spices, sep. toilet, all cleaning agents and shower gels available, beds firm, walk-in closet, TV with many programs, stable Internet. For 2 people (with dog) it could hardly be better. Lisa was always easily accessible and always very helpful.

It is a basement apartment, therefore little daylight and a cool floor. But it can be heated well, there is a wood-burning stove and an infrared cabin and kitchen and bathroom have everything you need.

Beautiful treehouse, centrally located in Tarvisio, but still quiet and secluded. The road to the house can be tricky, but we managed to arrive well. Very nice tips for activitities in the area. Would recommend staying here!

Orsi was a fantastic host; really responsive and flexible as well as helpful. She was understanding, a local tour guide, and gave great recommendations. The flat itself was fantastic, there was a new bathroom fitted which was lovely, and the photos don't do the living space justice. It's bigger than it appeared on the photos and is very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
