In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

Our smaller spacious apartment "Edzard", where nothing is missing, what 4 people need for a wonderful holiday is finally ready! Wonderfully restored Gulfhof in an idyllic secluded location. Just a few hundred meters from the North Sea. Experience the Wadden Sea directly at the lighthouse. A large garden with very old trees and water. Lots of peace and nature. For children almost like Bullerbü. A stove and an infrared heat cabin are good against north wind in autumn.

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

A spacious living area features exposed wooden beams overhead, complemented by large windows allowing natural light. Comfortable seating is provided by a mix of armchairs and a sectional sofa, with a wooden dining table set to accommodate multiple guests. Elements of brick and wood enhance the interior.

Rest & relaxation Historic Gulfhof near the dike

Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulfhaus invites all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) where we live is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian Islands or to the coast just 1.7 km away. Likewise, extensive bike rides can be taken along the North Sea coast or simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and not suitable for pets!

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

A modern living area features a wooden dining table with six chairs and a comfortable corner sofa. A large clock and subtle wall decor complement the space. Light fills the room through multiple windows, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

The holiday home Meerträume can accommodate 6 people on 105m² living space on a 690m² property directly on the canal with its own boat dock. On the ground floor are a bedroom, a small bathroom with walk-in shower, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are three other spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. Dog is allowed on request. Enjoy relaxation at the jetty or on the 40 m² covered terrace.

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

On behalf of our parents, we present a vacation home. Henny's house is a small cute cottage in the holiday region of local Krummhörn. Groothusen is a quiet village about 10 km from Greetsiel. The nearest shops are in Pewsum , 2 km away. The North Sea is about 4 km away. Please note that the apartment is exclusively available for vacation and holiday guests and is not suitable for fitters!

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.
