Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerpen and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the first floor, you will find the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Through the authentic, steep staircase you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The spaces are not suitable for disabled people.

Spacious studio in cozy farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have a private front door, you can park at the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Enjoy a quiet holiday in the Groomhuisje of Stal Désirée in the middle of beautiful nature. De-stress. Relax. With or without your horse. Stable with straw, hay, lump. Indoor bin, outside bin, laundry area with warm water, paddock, step mill, free parking space also for trailer. For mountain bikers/hikers 10 km away: Recreation area in Bergen-op-Zoom. This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find at 2 km the historic Oudenbosch with the famous Basilica and in 20 minutes you are in the center of Burgundian Breda. The studio offers a king-size bed, a nice seat, a small terrace at the front and a beautiful green backyard where you can stay privately.

There is a sofa bed in the living room .
