The apartment is beautiful! We missed nothing & would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Ewa's villa. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail - wonderful. The spacious house is beautifully situated on the lake. We were often able to go canoeing. There is a great garden with many seats to relax. We enjoyed the time very much. Ewa is really very nice and helpful.

Typically Swedish! Beautiful house with everything you need for a nice time! No frills. Easy to reach and beautiful location on Bolmen! Just a few meters to Bolmen. Slipping our boat in a few meters away without problems. We will come back when it's a little warmer to try our fishing luck at Bolmen again. Unfortunately, we were a little too late for this year! Nevertheless, thanks to the sauna and fireplace, a great and relaxing stay!

A fantastic house in a fantastic place. Already the path to the house leads through the beautiful nature. In the house everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival and everything worked very well. Carina and Leif gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything relevant. It was beautiful in this house and especially with this unique location on the river. Priceless.

We spent 10 lovely days in Søren‘s cottage and were all satisfied. The whole place and area is perfect to sit back and relax. The house is full of little details to find which show the love that Søren brings to it. We felt home the whole time. Thank you very much, Søren. I hope, we will make it back one day.

We had 11 people for 3 generations. It was so cozy and we felt at home. The 2 old ones as in the room downstairs right next to the kitchen/family room and on the same floor with the bathroom. Slightly steep stairs to the 1st floor, so they didn't come up, but here we all slept. We loved that there were canoes for free use and enjoyed both the wilderness bath, the sauna, a cold trip in the lake and the fire. Close by is a small bakery/cafe where we had lunch in the small cozy surroundings.

Claus was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The home was lovely. There was nothing missing. we would book with Claus again at any time.

The place really met our expectations. The bicycles were still usable and sufficient for us. The place is very nicely located.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Year and felt very comfortable. The house is far from every hustle and bustle and you really have your peace and quiet here. The amenities are exactly as described. The place is also suitable for Worcation. The internet connection is completely sufficient with over 100MBit.

A fantastic house in the woods by the lake, which lacked nothing in comfort. With the small sauna, we had a very cozy time even on the only rainy day. The rest of the time there were many other ways to make yourself comfortable around the house or inside, to lie in the sun or to use the lake: swimming, rowboat or canoeing. The forest is also very, very nice for a walk. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but would also like to come back for two. Thanks Ann!

Sussie's house is lovely, with a fantastic quiet property on the lake. Plenty of space in the large living room with gallery, even for rainy days. Very good fishing in the small and large lake. I can only recommend the stay and would come back! The only drawback, internet bad to non-existent, streaming is also not possible on mobile. Also a way to slow down ...

After being unlucky with another place to stay before, this place saved my vacation. I felt very comfortable. The place was very cozy, clean and had everything you could need. The operators are also super nice, very helpful and have always asked if everything is ok. I will definitely be back! I appreciate it.

We had an amazing time here! The cabin is basic but super cosy and natural and that was exactly what we were looking for. Even though it is quite close to the main house, we still felt that we had plenty of privacy. The surroundings are great too. Rafaella and Simon are the most beautiful, hardworking people and we enjoyed learning about their way of living and the meaningful conversations we had around the fire. Our batteries are recharged, we will be back!

We spent five wonderful days in this cozy house and had an amazing time surrounded by peaceful nature. We enjoyed hiking and swimming in nearby lakes and the quiet atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The sauna next to the house and the spaciousness of the house made it ideal for cooking, relaxing, playing board games and disconnecting from everyday life. Thank you so much for that!! We had an incredible 20-day stay at this beautiful house in Sweden. Nestled in the middle of nature, right on the lake, it was the perfect place for our family to unwind and disconnect. We loved exploring the nearby forest trails, kayaking on the lake, and simply enjoying the tranquillity. If you're looking for a serene getaway, this is the place to be!

Great very remote cabin with really phenomenal lake! House, lake, amenities are all as described in the listing. However, you have to be aware that the hut is quite far away from larger cities. Ideal, however, for quiet getaways! Great + very large kitchen And a little gift from the host in the fridge. Thank you for that - it was very delicious! We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the cabin! Lovely surroundings, friendly people. Elsebeth was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily go there again!

A cottage in a beautiful place that is very isolated, no neighbors in the surroundings or that can be seen from the cottage and the dog ran around freely. The cottage is exactly what you expect, cozy and of older standard but has everything that is necessary and self check-in. There is a private jetty just a few minutes' walk away. No worries about getting the cottage warm as there are heating elements to turn on in the large living room. The only negative is that the cleaning could have been done better before the visit, otherwise spiders and the like will find their way to cabinets and places with heat if the house is empty for a period, but understandable considering the location. So short, if you are looking for a cozy cottage in a VERY remote private place near lake and forest walks, then you have found the right place, you feel at home right away & we would love to visit the cottage again if we are in the area. We had a nice time at the cabin. Upon arrival, everything was tidy and clean, for two people the cottage is spacious. If you bring the canoe to the lake, you have to pull it on a trailer on a country road – but that was perfectly fine. As stated in the description, you should take warm sleeping clothes with you, especially outside the summer, as the cottage has no thermal insulation and it can get very cold at night. The cabin is about 15–20 meters from a very little used country road – so hardly any traffic noise and still good connection by car. The toilet was clean and worked pretty well for not having water. The grill worked well, and accessories were also sufficiently available. All in all very good!
