From our house there are several beautiful hiking opportunities, including to a waterfall. You can also enjoy in our garden or on your own balcony. Additional 3p room bookings are available.

Our farm is very centrally located and yet far away from any hustle and bustle of everyday life. In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach to the ski or hiking area Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car you can reach the Smaragdbahn Bramberg, which takes you to the ski or hiking area Wildkogel. Apartment "Manggeihütte Top 1" is a spacious apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen and south facing balcony. On the same floor you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski shop with ski boot dryers. There is also a laundry room and a sauna, which can be used in consultation. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Hölzlbauer guest house is in a quiet location at an altitude of about 1700 meters and is the perfect starting point whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which provides easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar market at the lift station).

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
