Cosy cottage, beautiful views

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay. Andrea is super nice and very responsive, the house is beautiful and just like on the pictures including a sauna and a hot pot. We will come back for sure.

We were a group of four at the alpine hut for a week and loved its location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information about the hut and activities in the surrounding area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic views. The cottage was equipped with all the things you need and fully corresponded to the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

We had a super nice time at David's cabin, were able to hike directly from the log cabin . Nearby by car 5 minutes a ski lift for the skiers are ideal. Beautiful view of the mountains and nice neighborhood. We recovered very well. You could always rely on David, didn't have to go long waiting for a response, had also given us great information in advance Thanks again to David

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay in this cabin. It has everything needed to cook, beds are comfy. We enjoyed taking our morning coffee on the front bench, in the company of two cats, probably living nearby. There are hiking paths not very far. City is also at walking distance.

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

Ute is a great hostess, always there for us, quickly accessible and very warm. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The place is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The complex is very well maintained, the farm with the animals is a highlight. I'm sure we'll be back, see you soon Ute!

A most fabulous, cozy little house up in the mountains. Perfect to get away from the city and be immersed in nothing but nature. The privacy, and absolute quietness of this spot is fantastic. The family run restaurant just above on the hill (2min walk) has great views and food. Getting to shops and town is just a few minutes drive into the valley when needed. Insect screens on the bedroom windows are a great plus! Overall a fantastic stay, friendly and helpful host. Will certainly be back!

We loved our stay in this charming little wooden cottage! The accommodation was impeccable, very clean and with all the essentials to feel good and cook. We were able to have our breakfasts every day in the sun on the terrace, what happiness! The accommodation is also very well located for exploring the surroundings, whether it's hiking, kayaking or rafting or just walking around beautiful lakes! Many thanks to Eveline who is a lovely host, very kind and very welcoming! We felt right at home and will be happy to come back!

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

The house is very lovingly decorated, the bedroom is a super cozy bunk with an alpine feeling. Great location, quiet but still central to all shopping. You can also get to the lake in a few minutes by bike. We felt very comfortable, thank you Anna

The facilities were nice and cozy. Communication was fast. They were proactive in trying to help. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

We had a fantastic stay at Daniela's and her family's place.... The cottage is located approx. 10-15 minutes' walk from the farm, but can also be reached by car, however snow chains are recommended in winter. We were traveling with our 3-year-old son who loved the stay. The cottage is lovingly decorated, everything is available for self-catering. The living room is heated with an oven, which gave us great pleasure. The area is worthwhile for excursions of all kinds, tobogganing, ice skating, etc. Good restaurants are also nearby (10-15 min. drive). The stables of the farm were freely accessible, there is fresh milk and very trusting cats. A special thank you goes to Grandpa Friedel, who also took great care of us. Finally, a hot bath under the clear starry sky was really great. We will be back :-)

We spent a wonderful week in the chalet and were completely satisfied! The house was very clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Rosa & Phillip are very friendly and helpful, we felt immediately welcome. The surroundings are fantastic: rural, quiet and ideal for relaxing. Special highlights were the private sauna and the infrared sauna, which provided absolute moments of well-being, as well as the beautiful pool. The proximity to the cows and the farm life up close were also a great experience – especially for our daughter. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!♡

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

We had wonderful days for 5 (children 10,6,2) in the alpine hut of Stefanie. Very cozy and quaint. Upstairs we slept fantastically, always cooked delicious things above the wood fire downstairs (2 E plates are available but were not necessary) and outside was played, built, sunbathing and of course hiking (beautiful Tux mountains in front of the door). The contact with Stefanie was excellent. We always got answers and information right away. Great. Thank you for this extraordinary experience.
