For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Das Brennholz kommt direkt aus eigener Erzeugung, der Strom kommt vom Dach, ein Wassertank mit 100 L versorgt dich mit Brauchwasser. Das Tiny House ist an kein Netz angeschlossen und steht für Begeisterte des reduzierten Lifestyles zur Verfügung. Du findest im Haus neben einer Küche,einem Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, einen Wohnbereich und ein Schlafloft

We rent our beloved house on the edge of the Wachau - surrounded by apricot trees - at the foot of the Jauerling - enjoy hiking, biking, walking, the Wachau and the Waldviertel. 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden with dining area, fire pit, trampoline. Beautiful hikes, a swimming pool, mountain bike trails right on site, very good restaurant 100 m, 5 km to Spitz with a large number of wine taverns, a Danube beach and much more. Welcome to the Wachau World Heritage Site! The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Cottage at Gföhlerwald - Relaxation in paradise

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just want time all to yourself, this is the place for you! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby / guest bed in the bedroom if needed. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Baumhaus

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

The apartment Blick View over Krems is located in the most beautiful residential area of Krems, right in the vineyards on the Wachtberg. A south-facing terrace provides sun and tranquility all day with a wonderful view of the Tullner Feld, Göttweig Abbey and Stein. The center can be reached on foot in 6 minutes and the Kunsthalle (art hall) Krems in 24 minutes (6 minutes by car). Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the area.
