Waterfront vacation rentals in Kram

The room was very clean and we slept really well. We made our own breakfast, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The apartment offered beautiful views of the pool and the sea. The location was excellent, all services and a supermarket were nearby. Thank you for the lovely accommodation!

Another fabulous stay at Crystal Beach. The pool is huge and right on the beach. Elizabeth’s place is perfect for families. The house has lots of space and big bedrooms. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Left just a few hours ago and already miss it. Really enjoyed my month here. This is not a place for lots of night life or entertainment, but more of a peaceful, quiet, laid back environment right on the beach. Spectacular view. It’s also worth mentioning the bed is very comfortable ( which can be a hit or miss at times ). Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Nice and clean place as described. I got an issue about the WIFI access because the description in the listing is not correct. However Klaus always response and help me fix the issue so fast.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

I stayed 2 nights, the location was perfect as it is close to the beach, but it is also conveniently located near restaurant district and also close to the market. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall all facilities it's good.

Meine Frau und Ich waren vom 3.1.2019 bis 31.1.2019 in diese Unterkunft. Für uns war das eine hervorragende Wahl. Was man auf den alten Bildern nicht sieht ist, dass die Seiten zum Haus und Pool jetzt hoch eingewachsen sind. Somit ist die Einsicht von der Seite nicht gegeben. Am letzten Tag wurde der Sichtschutz zur Straße erneuert, das das Grundgestell verrostet war. Wir hatten alles schon über eineinhalb Jahre im Voraus gebucht, alles hat super geklappt. Virginia hat augenblicklich auf alle unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Dies auch als wir Vorort waren. Die Unterkunft hat ein Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen mit Bad und WC das von Poolseite auch von aussen begangen werden kann. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten , für 4 Personen, mit Dusche und WC. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Küche hatten AC und Ventilator. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche hat eine Insektenschutztüre. Alle Angestellten in der Anlage sind sehr freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit. Ein Fahrzeug sollte man unbedingt mieten. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Saleng in der Anlage gemietet. Es sollte schon vor Ankunft über Virginia gebucht werden. In der Hochsaison sind auch in der Umgebung schlecht welche zu bekommen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt super super.

Super friendly family. And a nice location to experience the real Thai life. Muay Gym very close and nice Restaurants, food places, massage studio, 7-eleven and beach nearby.

Giggi summer house is perfectly located : 2 kms from the nearest beach (10 minutes by bicycle - Giggi was offering 2 bicycles), between 2 temples and 2 daily markets where food is excellent and into a small street where you are living with Thai locals. it is a great experience as everyone is very kind and helpful. In this street, there is a block of washing machines so doing laundry cannot be easier. The house is nice and comfortable with a open and vaste living room, an open kitchen, toilets and shower room. Bedrooms are set around the patio as it is in traditional thai house. All equipments are available : boiler, kitchen ware, microwave to allow you breakfast and dinner. The bedroom isn't very big but large enought for 2 persons and lugguages. There is a fan on the ceilar and one portable. The hosue is really ventilated that it is cooler during nights. we stayed one month at Giggi and this was a great experience feeling like at home : experiencing real Thai life.

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

Gee's place in Rayong is very nice. The staff is helpful and nice to work with. It is a little bit out of the way, however. You will want to rent a car or scooter, etc. to get around easily. It was nice to return to the apartment at the end of the day and hang out in the pool. It was a very good value.
