It’s an ideal place to stay in the old town great restaurants close by lovely bar restaurant next to us Got a taxi from the bus station 20 euro and arranged with the same taxi to collect us very early on our departure date A little expensive but we needed that security to catch our bus/ ferry Highly recommend her beautiful studio apartment

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht von der schönen Terrasse ist fantastisch. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, es gibt schöne Liegeplätze unter den Pinien ein größer Strand liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Boris war immer hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ekstra susretljiva Elza dala je ekstra preporuke za posjet lokacija u Zadru i okolici. Prekrasno uređen krajolik oko apartmana, mirno i ugodno. Apartman kao na slikama, super čisto, ima sve što je potrebno. Ekstra super, svakome preporučujem

Für uns als Familie mit Kleinkindern war es perfekt. Im Hof gibt sogar einen kleinen Spielplatz mit tollen Geräten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und waren bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen.

The apartment was so beautiful and looked brand new , very clean and free of clutter. Lots of windows with pretty views of old town-we walked everywhere as everything is so close.

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. Josip und seine Frau sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Sie sind rücksichtsvoll und bemüht, lieben den Kontakt zu den Gästen und haben immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. ☺️ Das Frühstück ist super lecker mit frischen Pfannkuchen, leckeren Eiergerichten und Porridge. Josip ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich mit viel Hingabe um seine Gäste. Die ganze Familie ist sehr kinderlieb, die Anlage ist super schön und die Lage ist ein Traum. Lediglich die Promenade liegt zwischen dem Meer und der Unterkunft. 🔝 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. 🤩

Katarina und Predrag sind äusserst freundliche, herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Obwohl wir erst um 12:30 Uhr am selben Tag gebucht haben, konnten wir das Haus am Abend in einem einwandfreien Zustand beziehen Das Haus war sehr sauber und Predrag säuberte alle 2 Tage den Pool, immer darauf achtend unsere Privatsphäre nicht zu stören. Bei Problemen waren sie sofort erreichbar und haben sich umgehend gekümmert! Zum Ende unseres Urlaubes hätten sie uns zum Grillen eingeladen, welches wir aber leider nicht wahr nehmen konnten, da wir schon andere Unternehmungen geplant hatten....eine Woche ist viel zu kurz. Inventar, Küchengeräte alles top! Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Für ihn war das eingezäunte und große Grundstück und auch dievangrenzenden Feldwege zum Gassigang wunderbar!

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Davorka und ihr Mann waren sehr lieb und haben uns immer wieder ihre Hilfe angeboten bzgl. Aktivitäten oder wenn wir etwas benötigten. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und war in einem Topzustand. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Umgebung und der Strand waren ein Traum.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

This was the perfect location, within walking distance to the town but far enough outside that it was peaceful and quiet. It was very convenient to have a market and bakery within walking distance as well. The views were even better than the pictures and everything was as described, the washing machine was also very helpful for us as we have been traveling for a long time. Overall we had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back in the future. PS. If you stay here, make sure to try Bistro Luce&Brigita and ONA for dinner!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
