We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

The accommodation is close to the old town of Zadar, it is very quiet and in a good location. The apartment is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. On Vesna's advice, we were able to enjoy the street food festival. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay!

The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, has air conditioning, two balconies, one from the east and the other from the west. A big advantage is a private parking space. The area is very quiet, close to the sea and the old town. We could always count on the Host's help and support. We really enjoyed our stay, we had a wonderful vacation.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are by the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the place to be. Absolute recommendation!

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We had a really great holiday in the apartment. Super equipped, great location, pool, parking and most importantly the fantastic view. Absolutely recommended

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are structured as identical (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. You can drive to Zadar in about 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

It honestly was great ! We enjoyed out stay, were 3 mons away from the sea ! The place was very clean, convenient and cute (looks kind of old fashioned !!). We had board games to play which was a great idea, the bathroom was very practical ! The kitchen was small but it was okay ! Bed was very comfy. What absolutely stood out was also the Hostesses' kindness !!! They helped us so much to understand the buses, to lead us to their place, always very fast to respond messages and tell us the best places to eat, what to do in the area etc... It also was a very peaceful and calm neighborhood. Was honestly so pleasant ! I recommend them 100%.

We had the great pleasure of spending time in this charming, intimate town. The apartment is located right on the water, with comfortable sun loungers available for guests, which is the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which adds to the charm of the entire environment. The room itself was wonderful — spacious, very clean, and extremely cozy. However, it was the deck that stole our hearts, and we rested on it every day. We'd love to come back! The host was extremely friendly and outgoing, eager to talk to us on different topics, which made us feel at home. Warmly recommended and wish you all the best!

Very good apartment, very clean with a large balcony, sea view yes, a little outside of Zadar in a nice neighborhood, Buses are not very close but you can park easily. a little access to the wonderful beach with unforgettable sunsets 😍😍 so I recommend it! Sara is very responsive to messages 👍

Everything you need is nearby: sea with pebble beach, shopping and on foot you only need 30 minutes to the old town. For local tips and information, Petar was very easy and quick to reach. The amenities in the accommodation are limited to the bare minimum. You should therefore not plan to cook extravagant food. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.
