Yläkerrassa makuutila, jossa ei ole lämpöeristystä (mainittu tässä makuuhuoneena, jossa parivuode). Erillinen uudehko talousrakennus, jossa apukeittiö. Siellä suihku, pesukone ja astianpesukone. Juomakelpoinen (kaupungin) vesi tulee apukeittiöön. Mökin keittiöön ei siis tule vettä. Sauna puukiukaalla 1950 -luvulta ja erillinen grillirakennus.

Pieni koti, ydinkeskustassa

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.

Viihtyisä yksiö hissitalossa keskeisellä paikalla mutta samalla rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Rautatieasema vieressä ja keskustan palvelut kävelymatkan päässä. Autolla saapuvalle ilmaista parkkitilaa pihassa ja läheltä löytyy myös sähköauton latauspiste. Sängyt 120x200 ja 80x200 cm. Saatavilla tarvittaessa lisäpatja lattialle sekä matkasänky vauvalle/taaperolle. Lapsille tarjolla pelejä ja leluja sekä leikkipuisto vieressä. Huoneiston levyinen lasitettu parveke, johon paistaa aamuaurinko.

Kuusankoski itself offers great riverside and forest walks, lovely architecture and concerts within a walking distance from the apartment. Kompakti kaksio saunalla. Sopii työ- ja lomamatkoille. Makuuhuoneessa tuplasänky ja olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Asunto on sopiva 1-3 aikuiselle, myös nelihenkiselle perheelle. Sijaitsee rauhallisessa paikassa lähellä metsäaluetta, jonka kautta helposti pääsee Käyralammelle ja Tykkimäen huvipuistoon. Asunto hyvin varusteltu (pesukone, veden- ja kahvinkeitin, mikro, lakanat, pyyhkeet). Tupakointi parvekkeella kielletty, erillinen tupakointipaikka autoparkin veiressä.

Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja olohuoneen vuodesohvalla tilaa kahdelle yöpyjälle. Asunnon avokeittiö on hyvin varusteltu ja asunto soveltuu erinomaisesti pidempiaikaiseenkin majoittumiseen. Huoneistossa on sauna ja lasitettu kalustettu parveke, jossa on mukava vilvoitella saunan jälkeen. Kadun varrella on tilaa ilmaiseen pysäköintiin.

Beautiful 35m² studio in the center of Kouvola. This is the perfect place if you need a relaxing break. Enjoy a bubble bath in the pink bathroom and sleep well in a good bed. The apartment building is quiet and tidy. There is a market (Sale) next door, where it is easy to pick up breakfast items (open every day from 7am to 11pm). Free parking in the yard. The nearest electric car charging point is in the yard of the Sale market.
