You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Wir sind eine kleine Familie und vermieten im Souterrain unseres Wohnhauses eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Koch-, Ess-, und Schlafbereich. Vom Schlafbereich aus geht es in ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Das Bett kann man ausziehen, sodass man zu zweit darin schlafen kann. Auf Wunsch können wir ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung stellen. Der Fernseher ist mit Satellitenanschluss ausgestattet und alle Gäste bekommen einen Gastzugang ins W-LAN.

Modern living cube in historic farmhouse

Our accommodation is located not far from Lake Ammersee in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich is a half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with large garden. Our home is good for singles, couples and families with children.
