The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

Our new non-smoking nostalgia nest on the second floor is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa from the 19th century. Anyone with a penchant for houses with soul will feel comfortable here. The villa is located 5 minutes walk from an organic bakery, where you can pick up your rolls for breakfast. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the market square with the Genovevaburg are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
