Loft vacation rentals in Kotor Municipality

Арендовали квартиру в июле 2021. Квартира светлая, просторная, комплектация бытовыми принадлежностями соответствует описанию (все необходимое в наличии). До моря идти (с детьм) порядка 7 минут. Дорога идёт под горку, подъем не крутой, но все же это затрудняет дорогу в жаркий период дня. Хотя это единственное неудобство. Хорошие пляжи в стороне от спуска к морю, нужно пройти в право или в лево порядка 150-200 м. Отличнейшая услуга - трансфер из/до аэропорта, очень рекомендую. Дешевле, чем такси, но гораздо удобнее, чем автобус. Для семьи из 4 человек трансфер и автобус обойдётся почти в одну цену. Наталия всегда на связи, поможет по любому вопросу. Жилье рекомендую.

This place is a great find. 1. Location: within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bus stop and bus station. 2. Privacy: patio and rooms are very far from neighbors. 3. Beautiful sea view from the patio and master bedroom. 4. Ludmila is the owner, she was very hospitable and helpful with the local stuff. 5. Amenities: WiFi is super fast, all kitchen stuff was enough for our large groups. Washer is the unit. I would stay here again and again!

Beautiful surrounding, peaceful and quiet, private, yet very close to the busy areas and just couple minutes from the main walkway and beaches either private or public. 2 supermarkets are also just minutes away so no need to use the car. Hosts are polite, respecting your privacy but always there if you need anything. I really enjoyed the whole month spent there.

It was an amazing location and fantastic apartment! We had a fantastic host, who responded very quickly to any problems we had, she was incredibly kind and her place is the perfect spot for a great weekend in budva! Highly recommend it !

Modern flat. Appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. Situated conveniently between Kotor and Perast. Near shops, restaurants. Good position but you will need to drive or get taxis. Pool was clean and well looked after. Host welcomed us, provided tour of flat and some local info. Modern spiral stairs with open risers to second floor might present difficulties for the very young or infirm. Super stay and loved our holiday.

This place is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The level of detail in this apartment is unmatched; coupled with a great location, makes this a very special place. Dijana was extremely helpful during our stay and even helped us give a local flavor to our itinerary (as early as 4 weeks out!) I would advise people considering this place to be mindful of the parking situation. There is a garage nearby if there is no paid street parking. All in all, superb place!

In a pretty, quiet area. Short uphill walk to sea. Very easy to get bus to nearby places. Apartment great.

Marta's apartment is very well designed with good separation between living and sleeping areas. All of the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and closets and drawers are plentiful. There is a washer and a dryer which is not common feature. The kitchen and dining room are also well appointed. The sofa and the chairs are comfortable. Marta's apartment is located on the last floor, has a beautiful large terrace with outdoor furniture, and a Weber grill. The views of Tivat and the bay compliment the whole experience. The apartment has one assigned parking spot in the underground garage. We had 2 cars and we were able to find parking by the building. Please be advised that you have to be able to climb one flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor. Marta is very pleasant and easy host to communicate with. Our stay was relaxing, conveniently located, and picturesque. I would definitely rent again from Marta in the future. 5 star experience.

As a family of 6 including 2 children ages 10 and 8, and 2 over 65, we found the apartment to be central to all we needed for our stay in Kotor. Some fabulous bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Kotor is a busy and buzzy town with a brilliant atmosphere in the day and night. There is quite the nightlife going on with live music and many bars. It was easy to get out of the main town when it was busier with cruise ship visitors through the North gate. We enjoyed Dobrota a lot with its restaurants and lovely beach. We also used local buses to Perast and Tivat which were cheap but busy! The WiFi at the apartment was perfect and we got used to the charming chiming bell at 7.30am every day. The aircon was helpful on the warmer days too. We also enjoy walking so the three flights of stairs to the flat were not a problem for us. Ivona was responsive with messages, thank you for a fabulous time in Montenegro.

כריסטיאן קיבל את פניי והיה מאד אדיב ולבבי. למרות שהגעתי מוקדם לשעת הצ'ק אין, קבלתי את החדר תוך זמן קצר. יש לו חניה פרטית בבניין, שהיה מאד שימושי וקל. הדירה היתה נקייה ויש בה את כל מה שצריך. המיקום נהדר, ליד המרינה הישנה, חוף הים נמצא במרחק 5 דקות. קל להגיע ברגל לכל מקום מעניין בעיר. ואפשר גם לסכם במילה אחת: נפלא!
