The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

Our summer house overlooking the picturesque harbor of Piso Livadi, with uninterrupted seaview. Complete with two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor, as well as the main sitting area, the kitchen and the second bathroom on the ground floor. 300m from the harbor, where you will find small markets, restaurants, small bars and all day coffee shops. 300m as well from Logaras beach, which is ideal for swimming, complete with beach bars and restaurants as well. The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. With friends or family you can enjoy this house of 120 m² and its beatiful terrace and garden with bougainvilleas and the smell of fig trees . A large lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and their patio form a very pleasant house to live in.
