Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Koskinou

The location is absolutely magnificent. 20 meters to the beach, great terrace. Communication is also great (super friendly and helpful) The apartment itself is perfectly fine, but not top standard. The upper part of the building is not finished, a few small things are missing (a shower curtain in a bathroom, for example) Nevertheless, we totally enjoyed it, just in case someone is stricter / more demanding with these details.

Had a brilliant time in Rhodes. Beautiful house and a great host definitely 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Svetlana was always responsive and helpful, we had a great time at her place. Everything was just as described and the house was in perfect condition. We visited the place as 8 people and we liked the house so much that we sometimes decided to stay at home instead of going out. The house was clean, in a great location and had a lot of space for 8 people. Overall, we would definitely stay here for our next stay as well.

We stayed at Old Nest House for our honeymoon and couldn't recommend it more. George and Maria were fantastic helpful hosts who were in contact leading up to the visit and during (checking in following an earthquake) Also Christina, who was there to welcome us, was extremely helpful, showed us around the villa and to the village. The villa was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. It was private but close enough to the village if we needed anything. Salakos is a beautiful village with some fantastic restaurants and the friendliest people. We will definitely be back!

Can not say enough how great this place was, lovely house, fully renovated all spotless, with everything you need. We arrived late and the host was waiting for us with nice explanations and more than enough in the fridge for breakfast and much more, is like arriving home. The terrace has an amazing view with a super nice jacuzzi, you can spend the entire evening just laying on the outdoors terrace bed enjoying the view and the fresh air. The location is great, easy walk to supermarket and cafes , and a short drive to a great beach with lots of restaurants. Just a perfect place to stay, absolutely beautiful, fully recommended.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the place. The location is in a quiet part of villas and the surrounding area is close to nice restaurants and a shop. The place was beautifully tidy and well-prepared for guests(plenty of towels ,wine,water in the fridge) Definitely recommend and I believe it wasn't our only visit to this Airbnb.:))

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, the garden was really lovely and the pool was suberb. The house is in quiet area, we loved the surrpundings but bare in mind a car is needed to visit the shops and restaurants. Maria and George were really friendly hosts 🙂

Staying here was part of what made the trip so memorable. The unique design and beautiful setting are really like no other! They were also very flexible and helpful with check-in and check-out. We appreciated it greatly.

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. It was a wonderful stay. Katie and Helen were very hospitable and brought us water and juice in the first few days when we hadn't rented scooters yet. We also got good tips from both regarding scooter rental and hotel transfer. Fresh towels and bed linens were offered, and the apartment was also very clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is magnificent, and you can reach the beach in less than a minute. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic location, quiet yet close enough to the nice town of Faliraki. Everything you need is walking distance. Boat dock is outside your doorstep to take you on lovely day trips :)

George is very kind and helpful. The property is the best location in Old Town. We enjoyed having our dinners at rooftop terrace with the magnificent view of the port.

This estate was absolutely stunning, the pool, the view, the cleanliness, the customer service! 5 stars! Definitely worth having a car during your stay as it is close by the faliraki strip but it made our stay effortless to get around plus the parking spots which were in the shade! The garbage bins outside were very close and the apartment had all of the amenities we needed. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

Absolutely magical apartment in the medieval Rhodes Old Town. This a truly gorgeous renovated apartment just steps from the heart of Old Town. The apartment has a beautiful large patio space with ample room. Adam was very easy to communicate with. Things to note: the kitchen is definitely small and there is only one bathroom, on the smaller side. But we had 5 people and it was doable. Book this apartment, you won’t regret it!

If you are looking for a unique location, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home provided by Moschoula and her wonderful family. It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

This is the best airbnb we ever stayed. Yiannis was very responsive, kind and very helpful on every aspect. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious and in a peaceful and quiet surroundings and yet you can walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We had a bbq at the villa the last night and Chrysa was kind enough to make us a delicious cake to say farewell. We are sad to leave but will definitely go back again.

Zafeira’s place is incredible. My partner and I had our best holiday yet staying here. The property is in a very peaceful location with an amazing pool (which zafeira and her partner kept extremely clean for us). The villa is well equipped with air conditioning units which kept us very cool and comfortable during the day & night. The kitchen is also well equipped which meant that we could easily make lunches/dinners on days that we didn’t go out. The location of the property is fantastic as it’s around a 20 minute drive to Rhodes old town, which made it easy for us to get there for sight seeing and evening dinners. It’s also within comfortable driving distance of all the other sight seeing areas, so we managed to see all parts of the island that we wanted to. Zafeira is a very welcoming, responsive and friendly host who made us feel very at home. This is an amazing place to stay in Rhodes and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We have just had a very peaceful and relaxing week at Una Villa, it’s a beautiful villa in a lovely and quiet spot. It’s very close to Rhodes Old Town which is stunning (10min drive). The house has four large bedrooms and a massive living room which we all fell in love with. The pool area is spotless, lots of choice for where to sit and relax and it’s not over looked so has a really lovely private feel to it. We took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area having several bbqs. It’s exactly how it looks in the photos. The villa is not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants so definitely need a car, there are several bakeries and supermarkets a few min drive away. We loved how quiet it was. Angelos was so helpful, always replying very quickly to any questions and we met his dad aswell who gave us some home grown fruit. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing break. Wi-Fi was fine aswell - saw some reviews that said a few issues but we had no problems.

What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa
