Apartmán sa nachádza v samotnom centre mesta a prístup k nemu je bezproblémový, bez použitia kľúčov. Je dostupný pešo z autobusovej alebo vlakovej stanice, cesta pešo netrvá dlhšie ako 5 minút. Apartmán prešiel kompletnou rekonštrukciou. Kuchyňa obsahuje všetko vybavenie ako "u Vás doma" dokonca aj kávovar a ponorný tyčový mixér. Zo spálne je vstup na balkón, kde si viete aj zafajčiť.
