[About this hotel] Yamanashi Prefecture, home to an abundance of fruit trees, including peaches and grapes, has long been famous as a wine-producing region. Our home is especially conveniently located in Katsuhinuma, where fruit tree cultivation is a prosperous location. The "Fruit Viewing Inn" was named after its location surrounded by such orchards, and it was not named "Fruit Garden", but "Fruit Viewing Inn". Guests can use the entire space only for guests, so you can have a relaxing and free time like Yamanashi. About 90 minutes from Tokyo.It is a good location about 5 minutes by car from Katsunuma IC. There is also Katsunuma Budogo Station nearby, and if you come by train, it is recommended that you come by taxi from the station. The first floor space is the Cafe Belle Raisin. We also offer sweets and meals using Yamanashi-like fruits. This is not an accommodation space, but please use it. You can also provide dinner or breakfast if you want. If you are looking for a quiet and private house surrounded by nature, Cozy Retreat is the perfect choice. You can get away from the noisy city area, yet it's only 5 km to the Lake Kawaguchiko, easy to access other attractions in the area (you need your own car to get by).
