The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and barbecue.

Enjoy the simple life in our quiet and centrally located apartment. The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town, all within walking distance - see photo. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

There are also well-developed cycling and hiking trails for recreational activities. Of course, Koserow also has a beautiful sandy beach. From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
