A perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. Responsive, welcoming, and considerate host. We had a great time and will gladly come back again. I recommend it 100%!

Studio as described, not very large but functional and well-equipped. Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow. Very well located in relation to Vieux Lille, you can do everything on foot. Paid parking to consider.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful neighborhood under renovation, everything is within walking distance, Grand'Place, shops, restaurants, it has everything! In addition, Elodie and Etienne are super responsive and always pleasant, really perfect. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you!

I came for a few days for a competition, and the accommodation was super nice! I had a very good week and I had the company of an unexpected visitor (small black and white cat hanging around in the yard) that I really enjoyed :) Flexible on hours and very responsive for tips, great hosts!

We loved the flat and found it conveniently close to the tram stops. Also easy walking distance to major Ghent attractions.

A beautiful house with a fantastic garden. Larger than expected, enough space for 2 adults and 3-4 children if you can get by with one bathroom. We thought it was wonderful and would have liked to have stayed longer. Magda was very friendly and greeted us with drinks and snacks. In better weather, you could have eaten outside wonderfully. We would book the house again at any time and would like to recommend it.

Acadia was the perfect place to stay for a few days in Bruges. The house is beautiful and the location ideal - close enough to stroll into town but at a peaceful remove from the bustle. Tom responded promptly to messages and was unfailingly helpful. Highly recommended and I would be delighted to stay here again.

What can I say? I’m so glad we stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for a place to stay not too far from Le Shuttle. Baptiste’s place is stunning, probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The space is even better in person than the pictures, incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and breakfast was out of this world. We already can’t wait to come back!

Very pleasant and functional accommodation, close to Lille. No metro nearby but a bus connects the neighborhood directly to Lille Flandre station. Very friendly and responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay very much! A quiet, cozy studio. It was also nice that there was a lot present, such as towels, shampoo, lots of cooking utensils etc.. so we didn't have to bring much ourselves.

The accommodation is really charming, very well organized, convenient, the bedding is very comfortable,the small inner courtyard nice to drink your coffee quietly in the morning. Everything is well arranged, the kitchen is very well organized, very functional, there is everything you need. The bathroom is nice and well equipped. The studio was very clean and spacious. Dieter was friendly and extremely helpful, providing us with maps of the city and great local recommendations. Wifi worked perfectly and we were provided with all the amenities we needed. We had an amazing stay, would definitely book again and recommend to others!

Kiefer’s place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in Ghent! The apartment was spotless, and the design and layout was beautiful - it really made our stay! We loved the openness of the kitchen and windows out onto the patio, and the lounge was very inviting too. Very comfy beds, both bedrooms en-suite as well! The location of the apartment was very central in the city, within 2 mins walk to the Gravensteen, 5 mins walk of the Korenlai/Graslei, and a 10–15 minute walk of most of the other attractions in the old town. It is situated along a quiet side street near the Prinsenhof, so it is a peaceful area despite being so central. We loved our stay in Ghent, and it was made all the more enjoyable thanks to such a lovely AirBnB. Kiefer was extremely helpful and responsive to questions, and accommodated our needs completely! Fully recommend Kiefer’s place, it was wonderful!
