We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

Staying at Sabrine's cottage was truly a highlight of my trip to Belgium. She’s a kind, genuine, and welcoming host, and her home is full of charm and warmth.

We very much enjoyed the stay! With the nice weather we enjoyed the garden and the tranquility of the area! Our dog also had a great time in the large garden!

the house is decorated with great attention to atmosphere. warm welcome and departure. we were there for 1 week and did not get bored. in risult itself there is nothing to do, but there is a lot of peace. there is also an outside and we were allowed to use the garden. everything just as atmospheric. the house has been recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. a top location and a nice host.

We came to Roeselare to explore the area from there. Monuments and Museums related to the 1st World War. Also to visit cities like Ghent/Bruges/ Kortrijk and Ypres. Also in good weather to the North Sea coast was a part. In addition, Jouri gave us the tip of a festival. And of course Roeselare itself! In addition, we were also able to sit in the garden for a few days. All in all a wonderful vacation and the sauna in the house has done our hiking/biking legs very well. Thank you for hospitality!

The loft is spacious and light with views up and down the canal next door and onto the square below. It has tonnes of cupboard space, a large bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and even a record player with a colletion of 60s to 80s records. The sun streams in during the day from all angles. It is very close to restaurants and shops. We loved the space and it's location close to everything.

An inspiring stay and an exceptional host! My stay in this apartment was simply superb! As soon as I arrived, I was won over by the beautiful and refined decoration. This is the kind of place that inspires you, and I really want my own home to look like this beautiful apartment. I absolutely loved every detail. But beyond the beauty of the place, it was the commitment of Valentin, my Host, that made all the difference. Valentin is a real sweetheart! He personally invested to make sure I felt perfectly comfortable and that everything went smoothly. Their attention and availability made my experience unforgettable, even when traveling alone. Peaceful and quiet, exquisite modern apartment. Super clean with everything we needed. Only 25 minutes from Brugge, we preferred to stay at this location for a day visit to Brugge. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice room. Was cleaned well and looked nice and cozy. Everything was clean and the host responded to our texts really fast. The check in was easy and quick. Only downside is that the room gets quite hot since the only window is directly in front of the sun and the room doesn’t have air conditioning. Overall good stay and would recommend it to others.

The communication with Tine was excellent from the first moment. The view of the sea and the sky...every sunset in the sea is different every day... incredibly beautiful. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated and very well renovated. It was also handed over really perfectly clean, everything smelled...it is also absolutely practical to have a garage space for the apartment. You can really feel at home in the apartment. Tine is full of cordiality and helpfulness. She gives wonderful tips for the area. What do I say? It doesn't get any better 🙂👍🏼🍀❣️

Great accommodation in a nice quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is new, beautifully decorated and clean, the bedding is very good. Samuel is very welcoming and friendly. In short, no complaints, just PERFECT!

The apartment is fantastically located and perfectly and luxuriously equipped. The view of the sea, which you have from the master bedroom and from the kitchen, means that you don't want to leave the apartment at all. Even in bad weather, you can enjoy your stay. There are two small bedrooms, the large master bedroom with open bathroom (there is also a toilet here), the large kitchen-living room, a bathroom (with shower and washbasin without toilet) and a separate toilet. Two balconies complete the apartment perfectly, on both there are seating options. There were even blankets in case it was cool outside or you wanted to cover yourself on the sofa. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: There was even a blender and a citrus press, but a few more bath towels would have been nice. The children had fun with the game console, the two garages and the elevator offered uncomplicated (and dry) access to the apartment. Hans was a courteous host!

The flat is super cute and located in a great location. It’s close to all central attractions with paid parking just 3 mins away as described. Also charged at the lot which was helpful with my EV. It is on a main road so can be a bit noisy, but I’d absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

We loved our stay. Sara was very responsive. Check-in was easy, and the stairs were easy to navigate. The location is outstanding with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and retail stores. It is a very spacious apartment, and there was plenty of room for our group. We felt at home even though we stayed just 5 nights. When return to Ghent, we would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is super comfortable, very well appointed, uniquely decorated and in an ideal location, especially as we were travelling by train, although lots of parking nearby. The beds were very comfortable, it was very quiet and despite being 30+ degrees outside during late afternoons, the apartment remained incredibly cool. Our hosts were really helpful and all was perfect. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the apartment. The location was central to everything we wanted to see. The Menin Gate was approx 10 mins walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, was well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The onsite parking was an extra bonus. It was very private and peaceful. Leilei was immediately responsive when we sent any communication and proved to be very helpful. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept well (and intend to buy the same mattresses) restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. A great find, thank you Leilei and team
