Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

In spring and summer half year there is access to barbecue, swings, slide, trampoline and grass areas. The farmhouse is located in the center of Laholm's older neighborhood, Gamleby. Here you stay a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular spot for salmon fishing. The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. A smaller patio is available at the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
