We offer you an apartment on the territory of Heverlee. If you look through the large windows, you have a view of Kessel-lo and park Belle-Vue, to the left you can walk happily into Leuven. The spacious apartment for 2 people is located 500m from the station via park Belle-Vue where it is nice to walk or cycle. A safe garage space 150 m away is also available for storing the car and bicycles. A top accommodation location for those who want to taste the atmosphere and coziness of Leuven.

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

Room with double bed for 1 or 2 people + second room with double bed for third and fourth guest (+ baby bed) + spacious living area with lounge, table, 6 chairs, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, library + luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, large bathtub, sink and toilet + sunny terrace. Please note: there is NO separate kitchen.

Cozy studio located a 10-minute walk from Leuven station. For example, you can walk to Leuven city center or take the train to Brussels, Ghent, Liège... You can also park your car in front of the studio so you do not have to pay parking fees. We made it a cozy place, so you can also work there (at home). We hope you have a nice stay here!
