Beachfront vacation rentals in Kootenay Bay

Overall great cabin experience with the family. It snowed quite a bit while we were there so we took advantage of the campfire site at the beach. The stroll through the woods was really nice all the way down to the water. The cabin is cozy and it felt like a true getaway with some great time spent with the family. The kids loved the dvd collection and the bunk beds and we enjoyed being able to unplug for a few days. Overall we would recommend the Kootenai Hideaway.

Great place to stay. We are swimmers and the lake is clean with beautiful clear water. It was so nice to sit around a beach fire in the evenings. Dwayne and his daughter were so open and welcoming. The screened in deck was amaxing for when the mosquitoes came out! Definitely recommend!!

Sean is the perfect host, he went above and beyond for our stay. Trailer was beautiful and an awesome location. Would definately go back and recommend to friends.

This is the second time we stayed at the Redfish Lake house and it was once again an excellent experience. The house was clean and well appointed and sits in a beautiful location. There was plenty of space for my family and the house is a great “basecamp” for exploring the area. The host, Alanna, was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I would absolutely stay there again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our week away. We had 2 dogs with us who loved the water. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we felt right at home. The place was immaculately clean, and we had everything we could have needed for a beach vacation.

This was the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect, quiet and relaxing. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach, dock and water, as well at the porch outside the suite. Dana’s suite has literately everything we needed, the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The hosts went the extra mile to have dog bowl/towel and treats available. Our geriatric dog has the best time playing in the water. Dana and Tom were extremely friendly and accommodating. The suite is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We are excited to come back! Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb, it is incredible :)

Amazing. Such a great place to stay. The whole of the Kootenays at your doorstep. Then there was the silence, the incredible view, the ravens swooping by in the morning, the lake stretching out for miles, the private beach, the stars and night filling up the sky, it was all just wonderful. Inga and Karl were beyond generous, and the space was lovely and comfortable and clean and relaxing. Just great.

this was by far the best place we have ever booked for something peaceful and convinent. we loved waking up to sunrise with a view of the lake and the mountains. my dad caught a fish just off the rocks and so close to kaslo and nelson. plus fletcher falls!. the lake is beautiful there wish I brought my paddleboard as it seemed so flat majority of the time, as it's in somewhat of a bay! the hike down was steep to the beach, but my parents who are 65+ was able to handle it. thank you for such a beautiful stay!

Amazing little suite right on the beach. Responsive host. We felt like we didn’t even need to leave the air bnb it was so beautiful and right on the water. We will be back!

my family stayed here for 2nights and we loved this cabin. Well equipped, clean, and cozy. My favorite part of the staying was the private beach. It was so quiet and peaceful. We spent day time on the beach paddle boarding, swimming and reading , tanning. It was just perfect. At night time, there were so many stars in the sky . I have never seen so many stars like that before. We made bonfire too (they sell fire woods so it was very convenient) We would definitely comeback in winter time too.

If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would. This place is fantastic, offering a beautiful house with all the necessary amenities. Situated in a picturesque location, it affords numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation. Our hosts were remarkable, always willing to go the extra mile to assist us, and they also had a lovely dogs with whom we greatly enjoyed spending time. I would be delighted to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended. 👌

This place is a dream. Just stunning. Pictures don’t do the view justice. We sat and watched hummingbirds on the deck at sunset, and woke up to the incredible sunrise in the morning from bed. The rental was very well equipped with nice pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. appreciated the nice coffee and French press machine.

Everything about Angel’s place was perfect including Angel 🥰 Location, the suit, views, peace and ease of communication. Angel was helpful with any question/request we had and extremely easy to get along with. She didn’t even mind our yuppie little dog that barked a lot whenever she heard anything or seen her dogs visiting. We felt so bad as her two dogs are so well behaved. Thank you Angel 🥰 We would definitely recommend this place and will be back ourselves.

This place was such a cute little place to stay. We had planned on camping but the forecast called for rain so we were able to book and arrive the same day which was so helpful. It was very easy to find and had a great location right across the street from the lake.
