Vacation rentals with beach access in Kootenai County

We loved Amanda’s place! Easy Checkin, beautifully decorated, very clean, and walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. We rented e-bikes and biked downtown. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean place, attention to details, picturesque views, pleasant walk to/by the lake, friendly host. Has everything that one might need away from home. Would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Highly recommend. Comfortable accommodations in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance from CDA.

The only thing that I would say negatively is the parking BUT they do mention... 'if there is no parking, park on the side street' Which i did. Just not enough space to accommodate for each room. All in all, easy to find. There is a Food Truck lot just next door. Downtown CDA is minutes away. Really good location for these Airbnb units.

The apartment was beautifully designed and clean. The area was peaceful and a 5 minute walk to the beach, short walk to downtown and hiking at tubbs hill. Kandy was a great host. I hope i get to stay there again.

Enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful outdoor space. Loved having bikes available to pedal along the designated bike path, less than a block away! Appreciated the thoughtful details, like fresh cut flowers. Thank you!

Honestly, this place made me question every life decision that led to me not living in Coeur d’Alene full-time. The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and somehow smelled like freshness and good decisions. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud that pays taxes early. The location? So good I considered quitting my job and retiring here. Hosts were so helpful I thought I was on a hidden camera show. 10/10 would stay again…unless my wife books it first and goes without me.

Very nice place! Clean, cute and good location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to downtown and 5-10 to walk to a local beach. Nice neighborhood as well. Terri was very responsive.

This was the perfect place for our little family of 3 and our dog to spend the week. We came into town for a conference at the CDA Resort so the convenience of being just a few blocks away was perfect. Everything we needed was in biking/walking distance. The hot tub was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this cute little cottage and will definitely stay again if in the CDA area.

Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. The space is so beautiful clean and peaceful. Mandy was so great when we had a work out a booking issue with Airbnb and we are so appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend

I dont often leave reviews but my husband and I brought our 4 kids here for a week on the lake recently and we had the best time. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay and are really excited to book another trip there soon.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb! Steve thought of everything-even labels on the light switches so we didn't spend time trying to find what switch went with what room. The house was spotless and the yard was beautiful. Would definitely book here again when we're back in Idaho!

Was absolutely beautiful and very quite and very peaceful. Got to see a Momma deer and twin babies along with 10 Wild Turkeys. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and stay again Thank you so much

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

Had the best lake weekend here! This is one of those places that you want to gate keep so the word doesn’t get out, but also that wouldn’t be fair. Buddy’s place had absolutely everything you could want for a weekend at the lake with your favorite people. Multiple times throughout the trip we were surprised with what was there and commented how prepared and ready this place was. The mattresses were also very comfortable and there is nothing like having your own dock! Thank you for a great stay!

What a great property! We had a great last weekend in CDA picking up our daughter from her last year at NIC. Whitney's place was the perfect location and walkable to so many restaurants and coffee shops. If we come back to Courdalene we will most definitely stay here! Thanks again! Reid

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay … we had an extra vehicle so we had to do the paid parking across the street that was a little pricy but everything else was awesome …. It was 80 degrees inside when we got there but we were able to cool it down by opening the sliding glass door and running a fan … there was a thermostat, but for some reason it either wasn’t keeping up or was t working . Overall a great stay though

This is a beautiful second story condo with a very nice outdoor sitting patio. The condo is decorated very well with all of the amenities you could ask for. The Riverstone Village area has everything you could want within walking distance, restaurants, shopping, Zi Spa and the river walk pathway. Wendy was super proactive in her communication and great to work with! Will definitely stay again.
